Southwestern Arizona is widely acclaimed for its natural amenities, climate, cultural diversity and unique recreational activities. Located on the Colorado River just 90 miles from the ocean, Yuma embodies all these natural qualities which make it a great place to live and work.                                                                 In all, more than 660 acres of parks, athletic complexes and trails are available for public use. Accredited schools, arts, culture, and low cost of living  make Yuma one of the finest and fastest growing cities in the country!

Yuma Regional Medical Center (YRMC) boasts state-of-the-art technology in a compassionate, caring environment. The 333-bed, JCAHO-accredited acute care facility includes a maternal child health center featuring comfortable, private birthing rooms; a Level 2 NICU; and a pediatric unit. The center also has a cardiac catheterization laboratory, a freestanding outpatient surgery center, diagnostic imaging center and a transitional care unit. A new medical park adjacent to the hospital has also been built.

Due to the ever-increasing population in the county, a new location is offering services in the Foothills. This 6,000-square-foot facility accounts for Phase I of the campus master plan and includes a walk-in medical clinic, diagnostic imaging services, outpatient laboratory services and medical supplies. Phase II provides an additional 11,800 square feet to expand current services and will add more services as needed in the community. Phases III and IV are still under development, but will likely include medical office space for new area physicians.
